Seniors I need urgent help.. Please help me.

I am a march, 2014 applicant and no MR yet.I received my GCMS notes it says "work experience from december,2012 lock in, noc 0621 selected, full time Retail store Manager with _________. Employment letter dated __ Feb,2014 confirms date of employment, position title and salary of $22.15/ hour, 40hrs/week. The job description provided in the Letter of Employment appears to have been partially drawn or drawn directly from HRSDC website. Additional notes: LOE signed by company director, _________, majority of LOE job duties appear to be copied from NOC descriptions on HRSDC website."

What should i do now? please guide me..

There's nothing to do now. You just have to wait. It will probably have to be reviewed by another VO. They may contact your employer for verification. But you just have to be patient and let the process work out.
