What shall i say.

Almost all depends on proper course selection,academic profile,Above average grades.(all are hard facts and that's what needed to get study visa).
if all above things are in order believe me,they (embassy people) will let you go.

Believe me we don't need to show millions of property and balance since we are going for study permit not investor visa.

So your academic profile plays most important role here.

yes profile plays most important role but its not all there are cases where u can make a difference with a property certificate or such other things. May I ask u what is ur status? did u get visa ?
