----Seniors help needed-----Sending Police Report Certificate after VO's request

Hello all,
A friend of mine has applied already for her student permit and after around two months, she told me that she has received an email from Canada embassy which stated that it is time to send the police report certificate to the embassy.
Her question now is, how can she send these police report certificates? She has it already ! She is asking whether she put the police certificate and post it to embassy with out any letter of introduction? Will they know whose document is this and it won't be unknown for them because she mailed her complete application 2-3 months ago and only this police certificate is left!

1. Attach one page and write;

PP number,
Name,
Complete address,
Photocopy of SP,

and mail/Fax it. Don't write anything else. I would suggest to Fax it.

1- What is SP?
2- You mean fax the police certificate or the letter that contain PP number, Name and etc? In the email stated that Original Police certificate need to be send.

2. If they are asking for original, mail it. Attach Letter of Introduction and PP photocopy.

Thank you for your respond. The thing is she hasn't gotten her study permit yet! she filled up all application and sent it 2-3 months ago. So how about that? no need SP?

in old day chc sent ur passport give ur passport back and with a letter if they need any thing .but now they r using Email so i think u can send a fax to them call ur local CHC they can tell u better.

in old day chc sent ur passport give ur passport back and with a letter if they need any thing .but now they r using Email so i think u can send a fax to them call ur local CHC they can tell u better.

They mentioned in the email Original Police Certificate. That's why I don't think email is acceptable. Thank you for your opinion.

Sorry bro no idea about chc uk. But if in pakistan then fax and email both are better options instead of post. because through post there are greater chances of being misplaced as mine was lost before.
