SENIORS HELP Can a person denied sponsorship as refugee reapply as a student??

Hi Guys
I have situation here where a 24 year old Iranian Woman was denied sponsorship by her Mom because she was overage,Mom and 19 year old Sister were granted refugee status 18 months ago.Her Aunt and Uncle are also in Vancouver.Her Rich Uncle in Iran felt bad about the situation and Gave in Her own name solely 50,000 Dollars to pay for studying in Canada,So that His niece would have an equivalent education to his other niece,She will be staying with her aunt and Uncle in Canada and supported by funds from Iran WITHOUT ANY SUPPORT FROM HER MOTHER AS A SEPARATE ADULT,Would the fact that her Mom tried to sponsor her be held against her If She has acceptance from a Major Canadian University,Sufficient funds for a 2 year course and the willingness to prepare a waiver She is NO LONGER INTERESTED IN COMING TO CANADA AS A REFUGEE and Go back to Iran after her course where Her rich Uncle will give her a nice job.PMM?Leon???

The downside is that with her family in Canada, immigration might have a hard time believing that she intends to go back to Iran but if she can show that she has a job waiting for her when she gets back, that would help.
