yeah Europe is very good. almost similar environment like Canada. good institutes same weather almost. there may be difficult to find off campus jobs. and in most of European countries language is big problem. french, dutch, Spanish or German languages are there and they prefer their own language (even though institutes do teach in English language). now UK is best no language problem highly ranked universities friendly environment, cheap cost and easy to get visa with in a month.

yes canada is best.
but visa is difficult, but if you apply in a university u will get visa in a month.
but universities are costly and the ielts requirements are high
