SENIOR plz help

my classes starting from 6 sept.buh i havent recieve my visa yet and i cant defer my intake bcoz there is no jan intake.........unfortunately next intake is of sept 2012 and i dont want to defer my intake as it is waste of my whole year......

so my point is regarding the FEE REFUND that i have already paid to the university....could anyone tell me regarding the fee refund.....whats the procedure????

Email there Office of Registrar and tell them your situation, they'll guide you properly.
