After winning full hearing appeal in Toronto how long does a written letter takes from Iad to come. Do one need a lawyer after appeal has been won to do further paper work for applicant. Thank you all replies are appreciated.

within one month, you have received your decision letter, I have received 21 days after hearing . All the best but some time maybe late, because my one friend received his decision letter after 3 months. All the best. Naveed

Thank you for your reply Naveed. Any reason why your friend received after three months? Was yours received after 21 bus days or 21 regular days. Your response would be greatly appreciated.

It can take the person who heard the appeal a while to make his or her decision, and then to write it up.

Once you've won the appeal, you don't really need a lawyer, unless something goes wrong.

Verbal decision was gave at the end of the hearing in favor. I am waiting for written decision. Thank you for your response
