I am an international student, i finished my study in NAIT in this summer.

Since I am graduate now and I wanted to apply for PGWP now. But I am little scared by some rumors that CIC may reject my PGWP. My case is as following:

I came to Algonquin College first and finished my first semester of study, passed all subjects then I moved to NAIT. After the successfully completion of my first year in NAIT, I failed in 2 subject in Fall 2011(3rd Semester).

My program chair allowed me to continue 4th semester with two courses only (Total - 231 Hrs) because to take other courses I have to pass 2 subjects from my 3rd semester - I passed those two subjects, then I back to Fall 2012 where I have took remaining 2 subjects (Total 170 Hrs) and then I took remaining courses for 4th semester (Total - 289 Hrs).

I talked to International Center in fall 2012, and they said that my situation is fine, because I am coming back again full time in Winter2013 and I have only two subjects left in the fall 2012. But now other guys are saying that I might face some problem. I dont know what to do. can you please help me in this matter. I am very tensed and worried. PLEASE HELP ME GUYS

DOES GRADES MATTERS FOR PGWP.

Thank you.
