I have a friend who is 70 years old, retired and doesn't own a property. Renting a house from another friend with no official lease agreement of any kind. He also lives alone with no family.
I know that an American citizen is not required for a visa to travel to Canada if just for a short visit. But he still need to prove that he has ties in the U.S. So my question is will my friend be able to visit me in Canada for only a few days?
