To be very honest chances to get visa are next to nil. I am sorry but scores need to be improved.
ok so i will take IELTS academic after get offer letter that would get high chance to get visa . i am applying from Saudi Arabia not in India because i am working here
They do not accept General IELTS. Take Duolingo English Test. Can be done at home anytime and takes less than an hour. For visa, you have to give academic IELTS or general IELTS with better results.

If you take Duolingo English test remember that you have to send the certificate to Seneca. My advice is take it today or tomorrow. Results come in 4-5 days. Mail it to Seneca. Some people have even tried calling the college to expedite their application process. You too can call after you have sent them Duolingo marksheet.
But as of now if Seneca sees your application they will reject as English scores are a requirement for you and not optional.
i applied 2 course . one ELI but they cancelled and mention your country not eligible and second computer system technician still showing process

i taken Duolingo and got score 100 but Seneca required 105 minimum so what to do
100 is a decent score for first try but still does not meet their requirements. Though this score is much much better than your IELTS so maybe try your luck by sending them this? If not, you can retake the Duolingo English Test how many ever times you like.
i will go for another one and see . if not score i will send this score and try

Ofcourse! Try taking their practise questions and maybe even watching some YouTube videos before attempting another time. It will really help you and will even save your money and get you above the threshold.
