Sending PCC after submitting the application

Firstly I would like to thank this community for their willingness to genuinely trying to help those in need.
My question is regarding the Plice Clearance. I'm sponsoring my wife outland and she had just obtained her PCC, do I send the original document to the visa office handling our case or to CIC office here in Canada?

Any inputs would be greatly appreciated
