Canadian citizen sponsoring my Indonesian wife here...
On 5 Feb 2014, my wife got her re-medical request from the Singapore VO. She did the exam on 11 Feb.
On 14 Feb, her e-CAS changed to "IN PROCESS". On that day the doctor's office also confirmed that her medical results had been uploaded to the e-medical system.
On 14 Feb she also got a physical letter from Singapore, requesting that she sends the following to the Singapore VO, 6 weeks since doing the re-med:
- her passport
- 4 photos
- a completed IMM5669
- a completed schedule A
- a completed Appendix A
- a completed Appendix C
The letter didn't ask for an updated police certificate, but my wife's in the process of getting one anyway, just in case.
Assuming the police certificate has been issued way before the 6 weeks (since re-med) is up, is it okay to send her passport (+ the other required documents) to Singapore?! Or does she really have to wait for 6 weeks since re-med before sending those things? Any possible harms if we send them before the 6 weeks is up?
(We just want to get this over with.....if we could do it sooner than later, then why wait.....why delay..... ;D )
