sending my full application (I need help please)

I am deciding to send my full application to CIC London on the next monday (11th of May) my previous letter received from the CIU in canada stated that I need to send the full application during 120 days from the date letter (14 Jan), I will send it by the next day delivery so definitely they will receive it on 12th of Jan is that fine 2 days before the deadline?

Question 2: I need to write a cover letter to state that I could not provide the Birth cirtificate for me and my wife, while I provided some translated documents as alternative. I need help about writing the cover letter?

Question3: I already have one original copy from the forms that I had send them to CIU, so the question are these forms are sufficient or I need to fill new forms with new dates.

Question4: Is The deadline considered to be the date of they recieved my application?

Question 5: IS there any specific envelop I need to use to put all my documents inside it or not?

I am not a expert,but i saw still no one has replied you,so i gonna answer your question but just base on my own knowledge, wait for some seniors reply in order to sure answer.

try to send as soon possible, dont take risk of 2 days only in case some thing happen wrong delivery services, if i would be you,i take altleast one week.

You have to write cover letter yourself, it would be simple as we write for or CVs, Dear Sir/Madam and then explain what is reason you are unable to provide birth certificates and you gonna submit some alternatives documents instead of birth certificate. try to give some sure reason of why you are not providing BC and how you are sure about Alternative documents that will work on plce of birth certificate.

If you have copies of previous forums, i read some members even submited same copies, but personaly i will recomend download new forums and fill exectly you filled for Sydeny,just in case of there happen some changes, update them in new forums and include one cover leytter for explanation of that changes.

Yes

No,you can putt in any envelope but envelope should to be good in size that you doucments not bend or fold and also you can putt all the documents in one envelope only.

Question 2) just let them know that you are not sending birth certificate and tell them what other documents you are sending instead.

Also give them the reason why you couldn't send the birth certificate. If you tried to get birth certificate, maybe tell them that you tried to get it but you couldn't and the reasons for that.

Question 3) Everyone says to update the forms that you send to Sydney. Is the form that you have, not signed, if not signed, then sign it and date it with the current date.

Question 4) The deadline is the 120 days after the date found on your AOR. They need to receive it before then. I am not sure but it could be the date they open to stamp it having received but most likely, it will be the date they actually received it.

Question 5) I used a normal A4 size envelope. I don't think there is any special envelope. At least I don't remember it.

Good luck. You are almost there. Get it done soon so it reaches there couple of days before May 12th.
