Sending missing document

Hello All,

I calculated my points wrongly and sent the application on Sep 19th for NOC 2173. Now my spouse has passed IELTS exam and it will add 5 into my points and the total is now 71.

Now i want to send the my spouse's ielts report along with the economy form. Can someone provide the format of the application?

CIC will only give you points for your spouse's language abilities if you include IELTS results with the original application.

But it was not included in the original application and i was assuming that i have 67 points and sent the application.

After realizing that i am 1 point short of 67, i asked my spouse to take IELTS. Now she has passed the exam and i want to send it to CIC as additional document along with the application explaining the reason.
