Sending Fingerprints, need letter?

I'm sending my fingerprints to the RCMP from Korea and just wonder if I should send something like a letter or any other documents along with the C-216C form? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sending along with your application number if you have it , or client ID number, your name, place, date of birth.
