Sending FBI Clearance/PC after SA or after its requested?

Another user mentioned that CIC hotline told him to only send his FBI report when it was requested by CIC.

I received my SA early this month and my FBI certificate this week. Should I forward it ASAP or wait until the generic document request email from CIC? My intuition tells me to do it now to not cause any delays but I don't want it to get lost in the system.

Anyone have any insight? What did other applicants do? Thanks.

If you have a UCI or file number already from your SA letter then you should be able to send to CIC. They might have given you a website to submit additional evidence?

I believe the other user was wanting to send it before SA, and before getting a UCI or file number. There's a greater chance of it getting lost that way.
