i did regular mail from US post office with confirmation where they have to sign for it and u get a copy in the mail that it was received

Thanks, I am debating overnight-ing it - I guess, because it expires 10/8.
But good to know it arrived well and they signed and overnight isn't required. I didn't see anything in the paperwork I have.

We sent the first one (that they told us they had and then told us they didnt have) overnight... same with the second one but that one we had the sticky barcodes for.

Same person signed for both of them.

I mailed it Xpress Post (or whatever that is -- next day delivery with confirmation) from the USPS.

THere is some question about whether the b'lo office accepts courier packages at the address given in the AOR package.

We sent our fedex overnight with signature receipt and they accepted it

I sent it Express I think, but it is to arrive Thursday, so not overnight.
I sent it with Delivery Confirmation.
I opted to send it now, as it expires 10/8 and I haven't the foggiest if they'll look at my file before then or not.
