Although my fellow applicants have advised me not to send until asked ( leaning towards that ), I thought of asking this to the group

Parents Sponsorhip

Requested ATIP Notes: 20th March 2013

Got ATIP ( GCMS Notes Today ) which says
20th March 2013 = PA has over 18 trips to US over the years, although none exceed 6 months it is significant travel.
Request FBI PCC

Now, I already have my fathers FBI clearance ( from March 2013 ) as I anticipated this, but they haven't requested it yet.

The notes are requested on 20th March and the above comment is also 20th March so I don't see anything beyond that however the OUTGOING portion doesn't mention anything

Its been 22 days since those notes and nothing so far

The notes show my current mailing and correct email ( since I had issues them sending to incorrect email in the past )

My question

Do I send FBI anyways? without the request. I mean does it matter as I am told not to send unless asked

Wait for it? ie., delay it?

Will they definitely ask for it if Notes say it, or is simply a suggestion or could be something internal

Would like to pick your brains

Hmmm...

I would email them, tell them what you saw in the notes, notify them that you got the FBI check as a result and ask them if they want them.

If you just send them in without notice or without a request things just might get confusing or lost, so maybe this way you can kind of nudge them towards giving you a formal request.

I don't know if this is the right thing to do, it's just what I would probably do in your situation lol. Good luck!

They sent the letter to my mailing address in India, my friend called me. He is yet to scan and send me but it says

If your residence period in US has been six months or longer since age of 18 an original FBI clearance is required
Now this time, do they mean OVERALL? or 6 months on each trip as notes suggest they do know he has never lived more than six months
