I have an issue with my EE application, I am hoping someone can help.
I lived in the Netherlands for a while so I had to provide PCC from the country after ITA. I got a request for this from CIC since 4th of January and I am due to upload this document by 4th of March. However, I am yet to receive the PCC till date. The last information I got from the Ministry of Justice in Netherlands was that my PCC has been sent since 16th of January. There was no way I could track the delivery as I was told they used a regular mail without tracking number. The due date of 4th March is fast approaching and I am looking for way out if in the worse case the document is not delivered before this date.
I wish to know if anyone has been in this situation before and what was done.
I planned sending CSE to ask for a month extension. I intend to include a copy of the mail from Ministry of Justice, Netherlands where they mentioned that the PCC has been sent since 16th of January and also that they used regular mail which cannot be tracked. Is there any other information I need to provide to CIC?
