Sending application in november

I am planing to send my application in late november of december for other financial officer position. Can you please tel me will immigration officer consider my application under fswp program? Since from january 2015 they are launching express entry program, so what will be my status?

Plz rep and also comment that will cap of other financial officer will be reached by december start? Currently only 57 number is reached. Do rep considering overall cap as well.

FSW runs until April 30, 2015. As long as your application is in by then you will be considered under FSW and your application will be processed as normal.

By other financial officers you mean 1114? If so you have plenty of time as that is a very cold NOC, no cap space taken so far, but of course apply ASAP so you can move through the process more quickly.
