Hi Folks,

I am planning to send application to CIC by Blue Dart on the address below:

Citizenship and Immigration Canada
Federal Skilled Worker
NOC Category or Arranged Employment Category
Primary NOC 2011 Code: XXXX
Centralized Intake Office
PO BOX 7500
Sydney, NS
B1P 0A9
Canada

BLUE DART Courier has anybody sent before ??Is it Ok?

Thanks,
Bruhaspati.

Blue dart is subsidiary of DHL, so it's international couriers are handled by DHL. For CIC applications UPS seems to be the preferred choice of courier, followed by Fedex & DHL.

UPS can't be option from India, so which one is better , FEDEX or DHL ?

UPS is available in India. Between the other two, Fedex seems to be better (although bit costly) than DHL.

can someone quote the price charged by UPS/FedEx/DHL.

i checked with DHL and they said 2966/- for package <500 gms.

is this correct info or am i getting robbed :o

Don't go directly with them, instead ask around. You will find certain shops (which usually handles more than one courier provider). They will charge you almost less than half of what is quoted by courier company itself. I had sent WES app via DHL, local branch office quoted me the same ~3000, while I sent it via another shop, they charged me ~1250 (for UPS it was ~1200 & for Fedex it was ~1400) for the same. ;D These guys usually have contract with various courier companies & I guess get "bulk" pricing, hence they charge quite less.

i checked with fedex main centre and dhl centre nearby my home..fedex quoted 2800 and dhl 2966...they said you can verify on net..i checked and it was the same price...so i went ahead with that and sent application to wes...paid twice the amount :'(

lesson learnt for main application..wont repeat the mistake
