Hi all,

Is there a way to send a message to CIC using a secure online form or email ?

I remember there was a link for that somewhere in the forum but I don't remember where.

Thanks

Yeah please reply, as I would like to know as well how to reach cic local office ☺

Here's the link

Thank you for the link. did you have experience using it, would CIC reply to the question ?

They will not respond if the application is in normal processing time,

Your application has exceeded normal processing times. We will not respond if your application is within normal processing times.
You wish to report important changes, such as a change in address, births, deaths, marriages, divorces, adoptions, changes in employment or urgent requests.

Just need to know that do we need to fill in the optional information as well ?

I have never used this.

When I needed to learn about my file I ordered ATIP or contacted my MP.

When I needed to contact CIC about something serious, I wrote a paper letter to my local office.

Did they ever reply to a paper-letter?
