Send application using a carrier rather than Canada Post?

Is there such a thing that we would have to use Canada post to send application or can we use Fedex or UPS? I'm getting ready to send my wife's application next week and don't want it to get held up in the midst of the labour dispute.

You can use a courier like FedEx or UPS. Just make sure that you send it to the correct (courier) address listed on your application. Courier will be a bit more expensive, but at least you'll know it'll arrive without delays.
