Hi to all,

Hopefully someone can answer my question about Yukon Nominee Program under Critical Impact Worker Program. I want to know what are the chances of getting a nomination of a foreign worker outside Canada applying for NOC C/D for Yukon Nominee Program? If the employer wants to hire a person permanently under YNP provided that he/she have all the requirements for nomination what are the chances of getting an approval?

Please share your thoughts and experience :)

Thanks for your reply. Highly appreciated. So the YNP Critical Impact Worker Program really works eventhough you never been in Canada but there's an employer willing to hire you permanently? Is it based on your experience? If you can provide a website or link for this related forum much appreciated.

Thanks again :)

Hi again,

I'd like to ask after receiving LOA while the applicant is outside Canada and apply for TWP to enter Canada while PR is in-process what are the chances of getting approval/refusal? I read on the other thread that having a nomination is not guarantee to have TWP approve. Need your insights here. Thanks :)

I dont know much about Skilled Worker Category. You can find some helpful information here http://www.immigration.gov.yk.ca/ynp_overview.aspx , especially in Application Handbook.
According to Semi-skilled, no need to proove study or degree which is related to work, all you need is a letter from your previous employer that show you have experiences are related to.
Yes, meets every requires for employers and employees are chances of getting an approval.

In vervieko's case, it took 8 months for him getting federal PR. While you are working as a nominee of PNP, your PR application is in process.

Yes, you can
Check this http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2011/html/Matrix.html

C and D are considered as Semi-skilled category. I think best option is the shortest way to get Nomination and up next is PR. You can ask your employer to nominate you as a nominee if you have at least 6 months of experience.

i am talking about Yukon Nominee Program, becasue i am also applying for. Read through out the handbook of Yukon Nominee Program would give you more details of procedure. First of all, you need to ask your employer to contact Yukon immigration department to nominate you. Officers will give your employer specific information because your employer is an applicant.

i am interested to apply for yukon nominee program as well. How do I go about this? i checked the jobs available at Yuwin.ca and found the full details of the advertiser in the post.
Does that mean I could send email to them directly and inquire if they could process the application through YNP?
I am an undergraduate but has over 20 years of working experience (customer service, document management, tariff/valuation analysis, inspection coordination). Has handled supervisory jobs in the Philippines and now in UAE...
Am i qualified to apply under NOC skill level B or C?

Thanks for the time and hope to received reply from anyone...
