My agent told Selkirk is Spp college, fee is lowest and there are 200 Indian students in collage and all got good jobs.

I am doing more research. Toronto have less jobs and low salary. Vancouver has more jobs than Toronto but lot of competition. A small city better than big city in Canada, cost of living low and fee also low and more earning.

I have visited more than 10 agents, all big agents like Canam and Idp and no one said Selkirk has no jobs.

Baljit Bro, where you get this information. Please tell more.

If you are doing your research based on what agents tell you - be careful. Agents are in the business of making money - they are not in the business of making the best decisions for you.

And anyone who tells you Vancouver city has a low cost of living is lying to you. It's only a bit lower than Toronto. In other words, the cost of living in Vancouver is high.

Selkirk only has around 10K people. So yes - it will be low cost for living. Having said that, you should also expect it to be more difficult to find a job. It's always easier to find a job in a big city. That's the trade off. Bigger cities have higher costs of living but more jobs. Very small places like Selkirk have cheap cost of living but fewer jobs.

Selkirk College is the oldest community college in British Columbia. It's a participating SPP institution. It's similar to all other community colleges in British Columbia. If you are looking at a low tuition fee, it should be an obvious choice. The job opportunities are fairly good as more than 200 Indian students all have jobs there. Your information is correct but you may make an informed decision by getting information about other colleges in British Columbia.

Colleges in Northern British Columbia has much more job opportunities. You may look at Northern Lights College.

Selkirk College has started a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting recently. Xaviers, you may have a look at it as it is very unique and most of its courses gives you credit transfer for CPA in Canada.

Thank you Scylla, Ryan and Xaviers. My agent also told me same thing. I think Selkirk is good for me as my budgets are low. And, also I have 6 bands ielts. I think I will file for admission tomorrow.

Please suggest me more better option. Consider my low budget. I will thank you.

I checked fsj link. I know many jobs in Fort St. John. One of my father son studying there. My father saab speak with that friend son and he told about jobs and high salary. He is getting 18 dollar every hour.My first choice was Northern Lights Collage but I tried. Admissions close for January. I dont want wait for May. That is why I looking for Selkirk Collage.

Mead bro, thank you for sharing fsj link bit no use for me as admissions are close.
