Dear Fellas,

Good day. I will be applying for the study permit next month. I got accepted into a masters program at the University of Victoria. Unfortunately, my father is not able to be my sponsor at the moment. However, I have the cash (total tuition fees + living costs ) in my bank account to sponsor myself. Yes, they are tax paid money.

Since my condition is somewhat different than normal applicants, I would like to ask some questions.

1. How do I write the sponsorship declaration letter?

2.I have been working as an internet marketer for the last couple of years. I have founded several websites which are generating a good amount of money. My question is how do I show the source of income? Is it necessary or not? And my websites will keep making money even if I work or not. Should I mention it to strengthen my application?

3. My father has plenty of land assets. Where do I mention them? Should I mention it in a 2nd/supporting sponsorship declaration letter? Is that even a thing?

4. My father operates a business which was successful for last few years. Due to some problem, the business collapsed badly but still running. I want to know whether I can show his bank account's transactions (those transactions were quite big).

5. I am showing just one year's tax return & clearance. Since I am a remittance earner, I am exempted from the tax (according to the law of my homeland). It is also mentioned in the tax clearance file. Is one year's tax return clearance enough?

I am sorry for asking such noob questions. However, if any of you have faced such condition, I would love to hear from you. And if you have anything to add, or if I am missing anything please comment them below.
