Self Employed GUI Designer can apply under 2174 NOC

Hi All,

Its being great pleasure to discuss my doubt with Canadavisa forum & I am sure I must get an assured result of my query.

I am looking to apply under FSWP NOC 2174 & my question is I am self employed from last 2 years in Designing & Development of mobile apps and total 4+ years of work experience in Designing. So, as per my work experience does I fit under 2174 or 2173? if YES then what documents will required in case of self employed.

It's too late to apply under NOC 2174 since the cap for this NOC has certainly been reached by now (CIC accepted over 600 applications for this NOC in May alone). There's a good chance it's too late to apply under NOC 2173 as well. However you can certainly try. If you're going to apply you'll need to get your application in asap (this week if possible). If you haven't completed the IELTS test yet and/or haven't obtain your educational assessment yet - then I think you're too late.

Thanks for your kind response. Yep I know its too late but I just wanted to know what exact documents required in case of self employed user. I also have another option under NOC 0013 apply as a CEO/President because I am managing my company right now for last 2 years. Please suggest the documents required. Educational assessment is done & IELTS date is booked on 22nd of November. Please suggest what documents is required.
