I'm 35 years old from Iran, have a Master Degree in Art Painting.
I have around 3 Years Experience in Painting on Cookies and decorating in cakes, I also Teach this and won 3 international Prizes for this category.
I want to know, Am I qualify to submit for immigration as a Self Employed? if I can, do I need a Bussiness Plan to submit my request?
