Self employ on a 20hrs off campus WP?

Hi everyone,

I have a friend who wants to do some self employed work during their 20hrs WP. I feel they shouldn't be allowed to, but I can't find anything on the government website with specifics. I am trying to help them figure out how to make income during this crazy time, so if anyone could point me in the right direction I would be very grateful

Self employment is fine provided their total hours per week (employment + self employment) doesn't go above 20 hours.
