Oppps, I didn't include that form as in check list it is mention that "If you have divorced or separated, or if you have children from a previous union, enclose this form, completed and signed."

So. I din't include below form.

My mistake! You are absolutely right, it only applies in the cases you mentioned.

hello,
my sponsor is in Quebec. i have a confusion in form A-520-BA quebec selection certificate.
In form A-0520-BA question no. 2 i am spouse of my sponser. so i have to fill 2.1 2.2 question. then go to 3.2 leave blank to 3.1 as it say.
but for de fecto spouse it also says direct go to 3.2. For conjugal partner it says go then go to 3.2.
then my question is that what about 3.1 question?? we all have to leave blank ?
what did you fill in this both section?
