Selecting NOC - CONFUSION???

Hey guys,

Need your help in deciding which NOC works best for me - first discussing the case.

I am running an internet media company here in India since from June 02, 2011. I am working in capacity of director as well as CEO with ever since. The company specializes in advertising, marketing and editorials. The work I get it done all remotely while I owned number of publications over the web where I put up all these advertising (basically sponsored posts and reviews).

My question is which NOC you suggest that makes a perfect fit -

1. 0013 Senior managers – financial, communications and other business services OR
2. 0124 Advertising, marketing and public relations managers

To proof self employment, I got Incorporation papers (the company is a Private Limited Company), registered me as its first director, company's ITR (since from year 1 of operations; with profits in kitty since from past two financial years finally), emails from clients to proof the work, invoices (via PayPal; of each years); my own ITR (filling from year 2 of operations; as after every startup requires time to generate money).

While any other proof required, please suggest that also.

Any help appreciated.

Um.. do you actually have employees that you manage, or are you a sole proprietor - essentially, a consultant?

No I don't have any physical employees as whatever work requires to do, I get it done via outsourcing.

Further for better understanding, my company is a private limited company (better knows as limited company in western countries). It is not sole propertieship.

in that case, I think 0124 is better, since 0013 has a lot of human resource functions... remember you're matching the job duties and responsibilities...

If it is 0124 as you suggest, then does the self employed proof which I men in my initial message are enough?
