Selecting all Provinces ?

Hi everyone,
I have a question regarding EE profile, I am reading in this forum that while creating a new EE profile, should we select ony 1 particular province or we should select all ?
Does this have any effect in our nomination if I am trying to get invitation through FSW and pnp stream ?

So if OINP draw happens, if we met score, we are eligible to get PNP nomination right? I mean checking ontario Provinance is enough or do we need to create profile any where?
