Seems Damascus Visa Office stoped processing fast track after June 2009

This topic has related to those have applied to Damascus visa office under fast track.
It seems this visa office has stopped processing clients after June 2009 because there are many applicants who are in “Received by Visa Office” status for more than 9 months. I know many applicants applied July 2009 and after that, but their status have not changed to “In Process” so far. Please seniors like PMM,Qurax and other comment on this issue.

I'm saling in the same boat, Didn't Recieve 2nd AOR from CHC, and my Ecase still shows Recieved by Visa office from Sep 09!!
My Rep has contacted twice, me too did, but no reposnd!!

It's something that really push you to loose hope..

I’m pretty sure they are busy processing Iraqi Refugees as their first priority.

We know that they are already facing a backlog at Damascus and perhaps they slow down the process to receive the new in demand job list.

If they are dealing to reduce old applicants back log or Iraqi refugees, why they have insist to send AORs which it has written total time for finalizing a fast track case is 12 months however it has passed about 10 months but they did not even start to process . Obviously total time will exceed 12 months.
