It still means you are still in a queue which can be quite long. It is tough to know how long this stage may take. Could be weeks but also could be years.

by the pattern it takes months not years, after decsion made. IOM will contact you, you can reach out to them, as they will be doing everything from now on. expect your orientation session soon.

I was just saying that this means very little in terms of an estimate of actual processing times.
