Seeking Help: Study Permit Application Delays and Lack of Response from IRCC

Hey guys, I've got a question. So, I applied for my study permit back in November 2022 from Afghanistan. I got my BIL within 12 hours and did my biometric in the same month. But here's the thing - I haven't heard anything back from IRCC since then. I even decided to defer my study. The tracker still shows my application stuck on eligibility and background verification in progress. And to make matters worse, they're not responding to any of my webforms. Is there anyone else in the same boat? Can you guys give me some advice or help me out? I'd really appreciate it. Thanks a lot!!!

I would recommend ordering your GCMS notes so that you can see the detailed status update / where thing stand.

do you know how long it'll take to get a response for the GCMS note? I filled out the ATIP about 2 weeks ago, and it cost me $5. Btw, are the GCMS and ATIP the same thing?

I believe it's around 30 days right now but am not sure.

Yes, GCMS and ATIP are the same thing.
