Hello, my father is a principal applicant and is in India received his passport with visa and COPR with my mother's name listed as accompanying dependent, whereas my mother is already in Canada on visitor visa. I have few questions as i am stuck:
1. Will my father have to land frst for my mother to become PR ?
2. If above is the case, shall I inform IRCC after his landing to receive virtual landing instructions for my mother? Her address is updated in ecas.
3. Since my mother is a visitor, we have applied for extension of her visit. She can stay in the country till she gets visitor visa extension decision?
4. Can we cancel my mother's return ticket on her visitor visa since COPR has her name listed as accompanying dependent?
