I would like to seek guidance regarding my student visa for a 1-year program.
I submitted my student visa application (SDS) by July 2020 for September 2020 intake and received an AIP before my class started. I could not submit my biometrics as VFS was closed in India due to COVID situation.
I started my online class as I received my AIP. On December 30, 2020, I gave my biometrics but, only the date got updated and the status did not change. On March 16, 2021, the status of my biometrics which I gave in December changed to “completed” but along with it I got a new request to repeat biometrics due to quality issues.
I repeated my biometrics on April 5, 2021, but again only the date got updated and not the status.
I have not received any updates since April 5th. Now my medical expired on May 7, 2021.
I completed my 1-year course with the hope that I would receive my visa on time.
I was planning to take another course by September 2021. But currently, I am not sure about it either as there is no update.
Please guide me if I will get my visa for my first program or will there be any issues as I have completed my program.
Also, please guide me on whether it would be appropriate to second program in this scenario.
