I came to Canada in 2018. Everything was going well until last year. In August 2021 my study visa was about to expire, I asked my agent to extend it but he didn’t (kinda scammed me). So in October, I got another agent who suggested me to go for TRV as extra 90 days which immigration gives you were about to exceeded. Now, yesterday my trv refused. I’m out of every status and asked to leave canada immediately. What should I do now, I don’t wanna go back after spending this much time here. Can I reapply it?

Sorry to hear this

Did you receive a departure order?

These re the lines that are mentioned:

[X] You are a person in Canada without temporary resident status who is not eligible for restoration under Section 182 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations.
[X] You are a person in Canada without legal status and as such are required to leave Canada immediately. If you do not leave Canada voluntarily, enforcement action may be taken against you.

You need to apply for restoration if you want to remain in Canada.

You've been out of status in Canada for too long to apply for restoration. The only option is to leave Canada and apply for a new study permit from outside of Canada.

I agree with above. Given your history, restoration is dicey

To avoid bans and further complications, best is to leave and establish goodwill and apply from outside

till October 2021 I had a status as international student and I applied for trv within October 2021. Yesterday I got this response. You mean, the months in which my file was being processed, I was labeled as out of status from October 2021 to May 2022?

It's hard to comment without knowing the full details of the applications and exact dates.

However it's clear from the refusal letter you received from IRCC that you do not qualify for restoration. This means you fell out of status in Canada more than 90 days ago and it means your only option is to leave Canada and apply for a new study permit from outside of Canada.

You should leave within 30 days of receiving the refusal letter from IRCC.
