Seeing *Review Required in GCMS for Docs submitted pro-actively

Folks,

I am seeing this part in the gcms docs received and bit worried on what would it do further:

Text: Email received via GCMS (Provided Report) via call center. *Review Required.
**** certificates provided. No response provided.

My consultant submitted (3 docs) originally for e-APR for translated docs:
Original notarized
Original notarized translated
Affidavit from translator

I requested him to submit additionally:
The original document (not notarized, just color scanned) (I am assuming he re-submitted the whole again)

I am worried on two parts:

1. *Review Required
2. No response provided

Documents submitted by your consultant looks good. There was no need of original document.

PRs are taking more than 8 months nowadays, patience is the key here. No news is good news.

I am little bit worried on the part of No response received me ruined in gcms notes, is there was a communication from CIC which got amiss or what would this mean here, thanks again a lot,.

Hi. Did you get PPR yet? I uploaded my updated passport and got this as well.

Review Required, Email recieved via GCMS (Provided Report) Call Center: Updated Passport Provided. No response to client.

However in the next notes. And general assessment I see that I have passed eligibility.

Is the review required on that note tied to the passport I uploaded via webform?
