You will have to decide whether to work or study there.

For work, you need to secure a job and then apply for work visa. Or apply for PR application with Job offer.

For study, you need to check online to short list the course and university you want to study. There are many universities in Canada that give sponsorship for African nationalities. All information are online in their corresponding websites.
