Securing points for an additional diploma in CIC

Hello,

My express entry profile is active with 432 points. I have a bachelors degree with CLB 9 in IELTS, so the points I achieved for education were (120 + 25) :120 for Bachelors degree and 25 for Education and CLB 9 in IELTS.

You get additional points for,
Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years.

My query is if I pursue a diploma (duration 6 months), will I be able secure those extra points in my express entry profile? If I do get it accredited by WES I will get additional 33 points.
The duration of diploma has not been mentioned anywhere.

Help/advice.

it should be one year at least. if it is 2 yrs they might consider as Masters. But 6 months I have a doubt.
