Section A question 3 imm5475-5476 how fill?

Hi everyone, i have a question about section A, question 3 of the form imm5475 and imm5476.

i have already submitted my aplication "study permit" online, but in the 3 question in the section A they they ask me about the visa office where i submitter my aplication "Name of the office where the aplication was submitted" but like i said before, i submitted my aplication online, what do I have to answer?
