YOu get points for your highest level of education. If you have any qualification above secondary school, then you won't get extra points by adding in the secondary school cert.
points for secondary school, presuming it's equivalent to canadian high school, are 30 points i think.

For Secondary School Diploma/Certificate you would get 30 CRS points.

30 points, but you can only claim these points if you have ECA for your diploma/certificate
