Second verification not received at the University

I have submitted my documents on the 1st June and paid the WES fee. However on 3 rd July there was an update that my profile is on hold and they have sent my certificates for the second verification electronically and through post to Amrita university, where I have done my MBA. I got in touch with the COE there, he confirms there is no mail from WES requesting confirmation. How do I get about this situation, as the university hasn't received any mail to reply and the second reminder from WES goes only after 7 weeks, which is a huge gap. Has anyone faced this issue, please help me. My husbands ECA is due next week, since I am the primary applicant everything is stuck until I get my ECA.

Postal mails can take 7-10 working days to reach your university.

So my last option is to wait for the post right.. But electronically they haven't received anything, even if I contact WES through email they might not give me any reply other than the generic one..right?

WES doesn't tell to which email address they had sent that email, so we cannot be sure if the email was sent to the COE or the registrar or the VC or to some random guy who works for the university. Also, we cannot be sure whether the COE was honest when he told you that he didn't receive an email. Indian universities do that!

With WES, you need to be patient. Everyone gets their ECA eventually.

Oh no... Okay!! I just didn't want to be the reason for the delay as my husband's ECA is due next week. Hopefully magically the Coe receives this email

Around 2 months.

Documents delivered to WES by DHL: 13th April 2019
ECA on: 11th June 2019

WES takes ~35 business days to process your ECA. 35 business days = 7 calendar weeks [1 working week = Monday to Friday]. In case there are public holidays or official long weekends in between, the processing time will shift accordingly.
