Second Time Apply

Hi,
I am applying as a visitor visa to Canada. Last year I went to Canada and stayed for couple of months.
This time, I am applying. I have never gone any other country except Canada.
But when I was filling out the application- there is a question.
Have you travelled to other countries in the previous 10 years?

Do I have to write Yes or No. Other countries excluding Canada or including Canada ?
In my case- Do I have to say YEs or No.

It has to be Yes. There would also be another column in the main application which says "Have you previously applied to enter or remain in Canada"

You should be giving details about your previous visitor visa there.
