Second Masters in Canada

I wish to proceed for masters in Canada, Preferably in Accounting,

• I have 17 years of Education,
  
• IELTS 7,
  
• I can appear in GMAT if required,
  
• My Academic record is excellent, Gold Medalist with 3.88/4.00 GPA

I have few question before i proceed.
I need to make sure If I can make it or not.

My questions are:

1. I did my MBA in 2013. There is gap of around 4 years. during that time I was working. would Study gap be issue?
   
2. does applying for second masters weaken you chance for selection or visa grant?
   
3. I made my express entry profile for immigration purpose in 2017 and withdraw it in Jan 2018. is their any possibility that this can be issue for visa permit?

Please guide me on these concerns.

Same question from my side. I want to apply for second masters in canda and i have a study gap of 4 years but i have job experince during that time.
What are the chances to get study visa..?
