hi ptp and no judgment/hate pls..

here's my situation.

I have a first marriage ( not legally separated/divorce) I have second wife we got married legally thru muslim rites and we are able to obtain marriage cert from PH and has 2 kids from her (I also have kids from my previous marriage).

I am here in CA on cwp, i will be processing now my mpnp/pr. I am with my second wife and when we apply she got approved for owp. I did not declare my first wife during my work permit application. I honestly did not know that I should be declaring her as when we apply for owp we only did diy.

Can we still correct this? Can I apply my second wife as common law partner instead when we apply for PR? Is IRCC consultant enough? or do i need an immigration lawyer? Can you recommend any immigration lawyer that is not too expensive but could really help?

You need to find yourself a really good immigration lawyer. You've created quite a complicated mess for yourself and potential misrepresentation on several levels. Try the forum owner for legal advice.
