Hi, I am currently in Venezuela and in the middle of my Express Entry process.

We (my husband and I) submitted our completed application on Dec 21, 2017. Yesterday, Jan 10, 2018, we received Schedule A requests. We completed and submitted the forms that same day. Now we realize that there is an error in my husband's form. In the statutory questions they asked if he has been denied a visa to Canada or any other country. For some reason, we missed that last part and marked NO thinking they were asking about Canada only. Turns out he was denied a USA work visa in 2007.

What can we do about this error? There seems to be no direct way to re-submit the forms online. Does anyone know who to contact or what to do in this case? We really don't want to risk our application be denied because of a stupid error on our part.

Thanks in advance!

Thank you!

In the webform, shoulc I put my information as the principal applicant? Or my husbands, as it is his form we are correcting?

Your information and explain about the issue. Just do it as soon as possible because it is urgent. Good luck!

Thank you. Already done. Hopefully they'll see it soon. It was less than 24 hours since the submission of the first, incorrect form.

Hi
I have the same issue, I have submitted corrected form via CSE.
Can you update what happened in your case? Did raising CSE work?
