There are no jobs or employers on this forum but you can look on sites such as indeed or LinkedIn. Be aware that it is almost impossible to find an employer to employ anyone from outside Canada unless someone has unique skills not readily available in Canada.

Start with a Google search as there is plenty of information about licensing requirements and will not be an easy path to follow.
