Searching for job with dubai experience

We see everyday in some social media sites that canada is about to take 1.4 million people for various vacancies.
There are no jobs here.
You need to apply for jobs through job sites like Indeed and LinkedIn or directly through employer web sites
Will you help us find a link for jobs there?

To get a closed work permit you have to find a job and an employer who is willing to apply for LMIA. (cost the employer 1000 Cnd and time to apply and get approval)
The LMIA will show that they cannot find anyone in Canada that has your specific experience, skill and education to fit that position. Unless your security supervisor skill is very specific to a field that's hard to find, I do not see that as anything easy.
Then with LMIA, you can apply for a work permit to work for that employer.
So yes, you are correct in your original post. It's very hard to geta a job in canda as a foreigner.
